- Product lost while shipping.
- If the item or the quantity of the item on your order is unavailable, www.fehminaherbals.com will contact you on the contact number/email address provided to them at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event the order can be cancelled and the refund will be made in accordance with the refund policy.
- After receiving order if there are defects in the product or it has perished, you may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a refund.
Fehmina Herbals cannot offers refund for the following conditions:
- Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Recipient unavailability or wrong address.
- Shipment cannot be delivered due to locked premises.
- Shipment cannot be delivered because of the incorrect, unreachable and no response contact number.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer and once the product is shipped.
- If recipient refused to accept the products.
- Customer didn’t intimate us in the mentioned time frame.
